Job responsibilities:

1. Proficient in using Pro/E, CAD and other drawing software to design 3D and 2D drawings, can use Ansys structural stress analysis software to analyze the structural strength of various fan components.

2. Structural design and development of fan, familiar with the structure of fan bearing system: ball, hydraulic, oil, FDB. Can independently complete hand plate production, familiar with fan manufacturing process and pre-R&D design validation experiments. Familiar with plastic material characteristics and injection molding process, familiar with fan characteristics testing, such as PQ, vibration, noise testing, reliability testing, life testing and other special experimental verification, and have the ability of analysis and improvement.

3. Fan type selection and feasibility evaluation; according to different specifications of customers, select and recommend suitable existing mass-produced fans. The feasibility evaluation includes fan reliability, life, IP protection requirements, cost analysis and subsequent fan mass-production performance evaluation.

4. Quality anomaly analysis and treatment of the reliability, life and related test failure fan analysis; production line fan process anomaly bad product analysis, client fan anomaly analysis.
