1. The calculation of air conditioning load provides a basis for reasonable selection of air conditioning terminal treatment equipment and determination of capacity of cold and heat source equipment. When determining the total load of air conditioning system, the particularity of residential use should be fully considered. Residential use coefficient is low, generally can be selected according to 0.5-0.7. 2. The system selection and design of air duct air conditioning system has poor load regulation ability. The unit only controls the start and stop of compressor according to the return air parameters. The air supply capacity of the unit can not change with the change of air conditioning load. When a room needs air supply, other rooms without air conditioning also have air supply. The integral units should be arranged as close as possible to the service area so as to make the return air duct as short and straight as possible. Air flow regulating valves shall be installed on the branch pipe. 3. Pipeline design includes the design of water pipe system and air pipe system. In the water pipe system, the water velocity in the main pipe should be less than 1.2m/s, in the branch pipe should be about 0.6m/s, and the automatic exhaust valve should be installed at the highest part of the water pipe. The wind speed in the main pipe should be less than 6 m/s, in the branch pipe should be less than 4 m/s, and in the supply and return air outlets should be 2 m/s. The duct can be made of glass magnesium composite duct and phenolic foam.
Two. Importance of Choosing Fan Coil Unit in Air Conditioning System
Fan coil unit is the terminal equipment widely used in centralized air conditioning system. Reasonable selection of fan coil unit not only directly affects the air conditioning effect, but also ensures the normal operation of the system and reduces the energy consumption of air conditioning. Especially in the case of high accuracy or strict process requirements, reasonable air supply parameters are needed. Air supply and cooling (heat) are the basic functions of fan coil units. "Air" is the medium and carrier of "cold". It directly affects the cooling capacity, the temperature difference of air supply, the number of air exchange, the gradient and fluctuation of room temperature, which determines the accuracy and comfort of air conditioning. Therefore, ensuring adequate air volume is a prerequisite for achieving the desired air conditioning effect.
Three. Anti-freezing Solution for Fan Coil Unit
Fan coil unit anti-freezing method 1: 1. Priority should be given to using hot water anti-freezing, generally do not support the use of steam and electric heating. A. Remove all the water in the fan coil unit, B. Add blind plates to feed water and return water, C. Use compressed air to blow (according to the size of the fan coil unit to determine the blowing time of compressed air) D. Add antifreeze fluid to the fan coil unit, not necessarily full, but to ensure that the liquid in the fan coil unit is fully diluted by antifreeze fluid.
Fan coil unit anti-freezing method 2: It is suggested that a small capacity circulating pump be connected in parallel in the chilled water system. 1. If the system is shut down in winter, but there are heat sources, the heat source can be switched to the fan-coil water system to make the small circulation pump run. 2. Without heat source, an electric heater (shell-and-tube parallel to water system) and a small circulating pump can be set up to operate in combination, so that the water temperature in the fan-coil water system is not less than 5 degrees Celsius.
